Online Programs

Plan 1: Intro to mindfulness, intro to healthy relationships, an overview of what a healthy meal plan should look like. This is an introduction to a healthier lifestyle, it is a good plan if trying to transition slowly.

            

Plan 2: This is a more customized plan, I will take into account what your daily routines currently are, what your future goals look like and provide one week customized meal plan that can be easily manipulated for future use. This plan will also include the introduction to mindfulness and healthy relationships. Includes 3 weeks of ongoing relationship of weekly check-ins.

            

Plan 3: This plan will include everything in plan two, however it will include a more in-depth relationship that is ongoing. Each week we will discuss goals, accomplishments and how eating has changed. It will also include a more in-depth meal plan that can be altered throughout the ongoing relationship. This plan can last as long as you want it to, but has a minimum of 4 weeks (only because most habits can be changed within 30 days).

            

 

All plans will include communication with me when needed (or weekly depending on plan). I want to be there for you, to help you and to listen to you. We all need some help sometimes, and sometimes all we need is someone to help hold us accountable.
